Gaby always liked to help in meals prep since she was a little girl. When she was 12, she was already responsible for making desserts in family meetings.

The first big challenge she had was in high school, when she baked some sweets to sell and raise money for the graduation party. It was a good surprise how fast she sold everything and how people loved!

In 2009, she started her gastronomy course at Universidade do Sagrado Coração in São Paulo, Brazil. It was a 2-year course with a lot of study and fun! After that, she did a specialization in pastry to become a pâtissier.

Gaby’s first cake shop was open in 2013 in her hometown. At that time, people could order cakes, sweets, pies for a variety of events, such as birthdays, anniversaries, and weddings. In 2015 she taught in a college and it was a unique experience when she built an incredible network.

She moved to Canada in 2019. 2 months after her arrival, she started to bake for clients at night because during the day she worked in a pastry for someone else.

Gaby overcame several challenges and step by step, with all the love she has for what she does, Caramelly Pastry is growing. Today, she makes all the delicious we know exclusively and always seeking to improve and innovate.
